Spencer Stuart Expands into Portugal

NEW YORK, April 3, 2025 – Spencer Stuart, a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm, today announced the launch of Spencer Stuart Portugal. By extending its European footprint into Portugal and having consultants based in the country, the firm is increasing its capacity both to serve Portuguese clients and non-Portuguese multinationals. Two Spencer Stuart consultants, Murillo Tavares and Tania Binder, will be based in Lisbon. They will be supported by Jaime Gil-Casares, who leads the firm’s Barcelona and Madrid offices.
