It was established by London Business School in partnership with Spencer Stuart and Saatchi & Saatchi, The scholarship provides full funding as well as mentoring and career guidance from Spencer Stuart. Accepting the award, Ginn said: “I am proud and very grateful to be the winner of the Sloan Fellowship Women’s Scholarship, both on a personal level, and for what it represents from a wider perspective.
It offers me a unique opportunity to take time out to reflect on my career direction, and maximise my leadership potential by enhancing my skills and capabilities. In addition it gives me exposure to a fantastic network including London Business School alumni and my diverse peer group.
More broadly, I’m a passionate believer in the power of diversity in business, particularly of women in business. This award enables more women like me, who aspire to make a difference, to share in the advantages that the Sloan Fellowship provides. I look forward to encouraging other professional women to invest in their future careers by becoming Sloan Fellows.”
