Based out of Washington, D.C., Susie Marlow is a member of the Leadership Advisory Services practice, where she works with CHROs and executive leaders across industries to define and deliver HR and talent strategies that advance organizational performance. These engagements include helping CHROs set their talent agendas and gain the buy-in and commitments from their top teams critical to success. Integral to her approach is facilitating leadership team alignment on desired outcomes and taking a systematic approach to ensure leaders prioritize what matters most. This approach empowers CHROs to navigate the complexity of designing and executing enterprise-level strategies that achieve meaningful results for organizational performance.

A former Big Four consultant, Susie has experience leading a diversified portfolio of large-scale engagements, including HR assessments, HR strategy design, HR capabilities development, talent vision, strategies and roadmaps, operating model and organizational design and culture and employee experience design and activation.
- Susie emphasizes building change leadership capabilities with clients, thereby enabling them to drive and sustain transformation efforts.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services practice, Susie was a managing director in the Americas advisory practice at Kincentric, a Spencer Stuart company, where she led engagements that helped clients translate insights from employee engagement analytics into effective human capital strategies.

Susie earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of Business Administration with course emphasis on organizational behavior from George Washington University. She holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and design thinking certifications.
