Based in the New Delhi office, Sahiba Singh is a member of the global Executive Assessment and Leadership Advisory teams at Spencer Stuart. She specializes in the areas of leadership assessment and development, top team effectiveness, succession and transition management, and organizational culture advisory. She has close to two decades of experience in leadership consulting, having worked with clients across myriad industries in Asia, the Middle East and Europe. She works closely with Boards, CEOs and CHROs for devising and delivering solutions for talent and leadership-related issues at the individual, team and organizational levels.
Extensive experience in leadership assessment and development advisory
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Sahiba worked as the practice leader of the leadership consulting business at Aon Hewitt Middle East & North Africa, where she played a pivotal role in establishing and developing the practice in the region. She also managed a number of large, complex projects and client relationships in the leadership realm, as well as in broader human resources solutions.
- In particular, Sahiba has focused on the design and delivery of integrated assessment and development frameworks, towards helping her clients resolve their critical potential, selection and succession-related challenges. She utilizes her behavioral training as a psychologist to conduct leadership assessments that enable companies to gain greater insight into the capabilities, motivations, cultural impact and leadership potential of executives, providing guidance on how to best develop executive talent.
- Sahiba also works with the C-suite and human resources teams to help them assess their existing organizational cultures, and then articulate and facilitate the cultural changes needed for the achievement of their strategic objectives.
Sahiba has a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Delhi, where she was a double gold medalist. She has also been a recipient of Spencer Stuart's Lou Rieger Quality Award. Sahiba is accredited to use a number of psychometric tools. She speaks English and Hindi.
