Patrick Bliley runs Spencer Stuart’s Canadian business and leads the firm’s North American telecommunications sector initiative, coordinating the firm’s market coverage and knowledge development in this space. Patrick also leads the firm’s broader Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Digital practices in Canada.

- Patrick has led benchmark CEO, senior executive and board director searches in the telecommunications, media, industrial, financial services, sports and entertainment, and broader technology sectors. He has recruited functional technology leaders for U.S. and Canadian companies across industry sectors and growth stages, from those earning several million in revenue to large multinational players.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Patrick led Accenture’s communications, media and technology management consulting practice in Canada and was a member of the local executive team. Patrick joined Accenture in the United Kingdom, where he was a founding member of the organization strategy practice and led restructuring, culture assessment and infrastructure optimization engagements for clients in Europe and Asia.
- Patrick brings telecommunications operating experience from his tenure at Bell Canada, where he held line management, strategy and business development positions.
Patrick serves on the board of the Jays Care Foundation, a charity arm of the Toronto Blue Jays that is committed to serving youth in need across Canada by removing barriers to sports and education. Patrick received his Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and his M.B.A. from INSEAD.
