Meg is a consultant based in Spencer Stuart’s Stamford office and a member of the Education & Social Impact Practice. Since joining the firm in 2007, she has been engaged in leadership searches in higher education, independent schools and cultural institutions and foundations. Meg brings deep experience recruiting heads of school, CEOs, EVPs, CFOs, presidents and deans within academic institutions and nonprofit organizations. She collaborates often with boards of trustees and multi-stakeholder search committees. Passionate about education and mentorship, Meg remains involved with her alma maters, serving on the board of trustees of the Kingswood Oxford School and mentoring through the Dartmouth Alumni Network.
