Latoya leverages her expertise in executive assessment and development, team effectiveness and culture alignment to help organizations across various industries evaluate and enhance the capabilities of their key leaders, align their organizational culture with strategy, build high-performing executive teams and implement effective organizational change initiatives.

- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Latoya was a senior consultant in Deloitte’s human capital practice, where she designed and delivered change management, communications and training development programs for key clients across a range of industries.
- Prior to this work, Latoya was an associate with McKinsey & Company. She advised clients in the industrial, financial services, logistics and education sectors in both the U.S. and South Africa on strategy and organization, driving meaningful impact.
- Previously, Latoya practiced criminal law with the University of Michigan Innocence Clinic and the Bronx Defenders representing clients with actual innocence claims in all aspects of post-conviction litigation.
Latoya is a graduate of Cornell University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in human development. She earned a J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School. Latoya also holds a certificate in Advanced Diversity Equity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
