Jessica focuses on multi-year C-suite succession, working closely with boards and CEOs to align their executive bench with their strategy to ensure optionality on critical succession decisions. - Jessica has broad industry experience, including finance, hospitality, consumer, technology, manufacturing, mining and natural resources, and energy.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jessica was a partner with an international management consulting company. She led the Canadian top team effectiveness practice, advised board and CEOs on succession and leadership capacity and helped define the firm’s executive integration solution.
- Jessica began her career as an independent consultant, where she developed and implemented large-scale, multi-stage selection systems based on functional job analysis for various clients in the energy and municipal government sectors.
Jessica is on the board of the Proximity Institute, a charitable organization dedicated to leadership development in Ontario hospitals. Jessica earned a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Guelph. She is a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
