Her specific expertise includes executive assessment, leadership development, succession planning and top team effectiveness. She works with organizations across industries and of different sizes and complexities.

- Jenn launched her career at Spencer Stuart, where she focused on executive searches for professional and technology services clients.
- After earning her M.B.A., she held leadership advisory and organizational consulting roles at other firms, serving organizations across industries on issues of transformation before returning to Spencer Stuart to join the Leadership Advisory Services Practice.
Jenn holds an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics and psychology from Bucknell University.
