Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Jenny was managing director at Kincentric, a Spencer Stuart company. She served in multiple leadership roles with a focus on developing solutions that address clients’ most important talent and HR challenges, and engaging team members so that they can bring their best thinking and work to clients.

She frequently advises senior-level leaders across industries on various developmental and career objectives, including accelerating performance in a new role and achieving early success as a leader.

In her career, Jenny has conducted research and analyzed trends in the effectiveness of the CHRO and HR business partner roles and the HR function, including shared services, talent acquisition, L&D and employee relations — all in service of bringing to her clients innovative ideas and solutions for maximizing the strategic value that HR can deliver to the business.
Jennifer received her coaching certificate from Rice University and graduated from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business with an M.B.A as well as from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business with a B.B.A, with a concentration in finance.
