Heidi Sandreuter is a leadership adviser in the global Consumer Practice at Spencer Stuart. Based in the New York office, Heidi leads the Consumer Products Practice for the Americas and is also a member of the firm’s Marketing & Sales Officer Practice, drawing on her extensive experience in global brand management, consumer engagement, customer programming, agency partnerships and team building. She also co-founded the diversity, equity and inclusion initiative in the New York office, which has since influenced firm-wide efforts to diversify leadership.

- Heidi advises consumer-focused companies, ranging from Fortune 50 to small/mid-sized private or private-equity backed clients, on how leaders, teams and culture can drive long-lasting results.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Heidi served as vice president, women’s marketing, for sports apparel company Under Armour. She and her team helped the company earn 2014 Marketer of the Year honors from Advertising Age for developing the “I WILL WHAT I WANT” campaign. She also served in a number of marketing leadership roles over a 14+ year tenure with PepsiCo.
Heidi played field hockey and lacrosse at Williams College, graduating with a B.A. in history. She currently serves as a member of the board of trustees of Williams. Heidi also earned an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where she was an Austin Scholar.
