Elias has led various leadership assessment projects across the region for organizations in the utilities, healthcare, banking, insurance, telecom and public sectors — assisting leaders to grow by designing targeted individual development journeys to drive their organization performance. By virtue of his rich experience across consulting and corporate HR, he has keen insights into the demands made upon the HR function, from both a strategic and operational perspective.

At Kincentric, a Spencer Stuart company, Elias spearheaded a series of regional research initiatives and partnered with major clients to solve their most complex human capital problems. His client list included large hospitality groups, healthcare institutions, oil and gas organizations and reputed banks where he led large-scale projects related to culture and employee engagement, leadership assessment, leadership development, talent management, HR process reengineering and high-performance workforces.

He was the author of the comprehensive white paper, Unlocking HR and Talent Potential in the Middle East, which shed light on the intricate dynamics of HR and talent management within a regional context to enrich understanding of the business landscape.

Prior to joining management consulting, Elias managed the HR function in various organizations, including one of the world’s largest oil field services companies and a multinational beverage company, with responsibilities spanning across various geographies in the Middle East and the sub-continent.
Elias graduated with an M.B.A. from the Lebanese American University, Lebanon. Additionally, he holds an advanced HR degree from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He is certified on Saville, ADEPT15, SHL and the Hogan Assessment Suite.
