  • In 14 years at PayPal, Caroline held leadership roles across Paris and New York across product, sales and marketing, which gave her a deep understanding of how to navigate complex organizations, drive growth and lead teams effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Caroline was the co-founder of Addictrip.com, a travel website specialized in short trip preparation based on an AI algorithm, and previously served as a case team leader for Bain & Company in the financial services and TMT practices.
  • With a personal interest in product design and commerce, Caroline founded the made-in-France fashion brand La Mallette in 2020.

Caroline attended the École Centrale Paris, where she earned a 3rd-year option in industrial engineering with a specialization in entrepreneurship. She then obtained an ICF coach certification from IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), which allows her to design impactful strategies and guide leaders and teams in successfully implementing them.
