Camille Ravier is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Practice. She helps senior leaders and boards on a range of leadership topics, including large-scale executive assessments and development, succession planning and team effectiveness.
With more than a decade of experience in executive search and leadership consulting, Camille identifies and accelerates the development of leaders to support organisations in their transformation. Based in Paris, she serves both local and international clients across a range of sectors including, healthcare, consumer goods, telecommunications, private equity, industrial and financial services.

- In addition to her deep experience assessing senior leaders and providing tailored development guidance, Camille addresses other leadership challenges, including CEO succession, top team effectiveness and culture changes to match talent to organisational strategy.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Camille worked for another global leading executive search firm, where she led searches for C-suite and other top leadership roles as well as board recruitment in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors.
- Prior to her shift in leadership consulting, she was responsible for recruitment within L’Occitane en Provence, an international retailer of natural cosmetics and well-being products.
Camille holds a BA degree in Social Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Human Ressources and Organisational Psychology from Sciences Po Paris. She also studied literature at Corpus Christi College at the University of Cambridge. Besides her native French, Camille is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of German.
