It provides a forum where the next generation of leaders, brimming with potential, can prepare for their future responsibility by learning from the insight, knowledge and hands-on experience of our current leaders. Participants develop a knowledge network which offers:

The Next Gen Leaders programme provides participants with:

Each participant becomes a Member of Tortoise’s Business Network gaining access to fortnightly Business Roundtables and the Responsible 100, an annual Forum gathering current board directors and CEOs. In addition, they will attend a series of exclusive and immersive events tailored to their interests, where they will have the opportunity to discuss pertinent issues affecting leaders today — all within a confidential setting designed for free-flowing conversation, learning and networking.
