  • In recent years, Michał has worked with a variety of young technology companies, each with the ambition of changing the world — including the NATO Innovation Fund, as part of the core team responsible for the launch of NATO’s first deeptech fund aimed at improving the Alliance’s technological standing.
  • Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Michał was a partner at True Search in Berlin, supporting key players in the DACH region in their growth and transitions stemming from global market changes.
  • Throughout his career, he has accrued experience in industrial companies including large automotive OEMs, as well as built and managed the real estate practice for the CEE market at a Belgium-based global partnership of executive search firms, where he was a principal and partner.

Michał earned his Master of Arts from the Warsaw School of Economics and supplemented his education with an advanced management program at IESE, Barcelona.
