Kevin Naicker is a consultant in the Industrial Practice, focusing on assignments in global metals and mining. He has dedicated two decades to serving industrial clients around the world, and brings extensive experience in large-scale transformation, organizational design and creating the mining operations of the future.

With an insatiable curiosity about the importance heavy industries will play in building a better future—not just for local communities, but the world at large—he is deeply passionate about the industrial sector’s delivery of large-scale capital project delivery to stimulate economic activity, and for the sheer engineering bravado of these undertakings.
