Based in Washington, DC, Philip “Flip” Jaeger is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Healthcare and Education & Social Impact practices. He has deep experience building the leadership teams of healthcare organizations—especially academic medical centers and national professional organizations. Flip’s work is informed by a broad view of healthcare enterprise growth, and the leadership required to enable organizations to innovate and thrive.
He has developed a reputation for being highly engaged with clients throughout the search process; this emerges vividly in working with boards to develop a shared understanding of ideal candidate profiles, and in the subsequent partnership, to narrow the pool and close with an exceptional leader. Values of inclusion, diversity, and equity are central to Flip and, with each client, he approaches them thoughtfully and actively.
