With more than 20 years of experience at global investment banks, Deborah brings in-depth knowledge of global markets across a variety of client organizations, including financial institutions, asset managers, private equity firms, hedge funds, pensions, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and financial technology firms. She possesses a global financial perspective and is a true partner for clients focused on diversity, talent management, executive search, culture assessment, succession planning, organizational design, and strategy.

- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Deborah was co-head of the Global Markets Americas practice at a boutique executive search firm, specializing in leadership positions across fixed income and equities.
- Before commencing her career in executive search, Deborah was at Barclays for eleven years, where she held various leadership roles, including head of Emerging Markets Macro and LATAM Cross Asset Sales, head of SEA Macro Sales, head of U.S. Rates International Institutions Sales and head of Central Banks & Official Institutions Sales.
- Previously, Deborah was a managing director in Interest Rates Derivatives and Securitized Products Sales at Bear Stearns and an associate in Interest Rates Derivatives Sales at Lehman Brothers. She started her career in the U.S. Interest Rates Products Group at Goldman Sachs.
Deborah is a founding member of Chief, a private network for senior women executives, and is active in 100 Women in Finance and Women in Derivatives (WIND), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to attract, retain, educate and develop female leaders in the financial industry.
Deborah has lived in the U.S. and in Singapore, working across multiple geographies. She received her B.A. in economics from Princeton University.
