Caroline is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Technology Officer practices. She focuses on a wide range of sectors, including software, IT services, digital media and e-commerce, communication services and semiconductors.
History of executive search experience
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Caroline was a partner with another international executive search firm and a member of its global technology practice. She was also the managing partner for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and developed the firm’s information officer practice in the region.
- Caroline served as executive director in the technology sector of an additional global search firm, and was a member of the software and services, professional services, information officer and Internet practices.
- Earlier, Caroline was a senior consultant with Coopers & Lybrand in Paris in the firm’s change management and HR practice, working with a variety of industries. As a consultant with Bank of Boston Corporation, she co-founded the institution’s executive search unit.
- During her tenure with KPMG Peat Marwick, Caroline worked as a research director in the firm’s executive search and management consulting practices, where she focused on the high-tech, financial services, industrial and not-for-profit sectors.
Caroline is the co-founder of Women Corporate Directors Paris and a frequent speaker at technology conferences. She earned a B.A. from Barnard College of Columbia University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. She speaks French, English and German.
