Passionate about people and learning, Brett has extensive experience recruiting chief financial officers and other senior software and digitally centric leaders, as well as their direct reports, across multiple industries in both sponsor-backed (private equity) and public settings. Working broadly at the intersection of finance and technology has given Brett a unique perspective on the key levers at hand for organizations and their senior leaders to become more efficient and customer centric, and to make better decisions that deliver extraordinary performance.

- While at Spencer Stuart, Brett has conducted successful searches across the C-suite spectrum including for CEOs, CROs, CMOs, COOs and CHROs with an emphasis on senior finance leaders (CFOs) and their direct reports.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, he was a national account manager for Thomson Reuters, where he managed key relationships with the largest independent Canadian financial institutions, non-domiciled global banks and other corporate clients.
He holds an M.B.A. from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a B.S. from the University of New Brunswick.
