  • Prior, Bernhard held leadership roles in the media industry, as a COO focused on driving operational excellence and organizational transformation, and at a global management consulting firm, where he specialized in strategic consulting, organizational design and HR excellence.

Bernhard's academic background includes a master’s degree in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and undergraduate concentrations in strategic management, marketing and organization development. He is a systemic consultant and coach and possesses numerous certifications in organizational tools and practices, including Scrum, Hogan, Facet5, OPQ and Barrett. He is also a regular conference speaker and executive coach.
