Spencer Stuart is the co-sponsor of the Annual Corporate Governance Conference, hosted by the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. The two-day conference brings together more than 200 top board directors to debate important, topical issues surrounding governance, including compensation committees; concerns regarding board member liabilities; the implications of Sarbanes-Oxley legislation; and the changing role of the audit committee. In addition, Board Alert magazine presents the annual Directors of the Year Award during the conference.
