Tom was managing director and partner of Kincentric, a Spencer Stuart company, leading the organizational performance advisory consulting business in the Americas, which included organizational culture, HR effectiveness, talent strategy and DEI advisory solutions.

Notable projects have included leading the HR assessment and subsequent transformation at a Fortune 100 manufacturing company, owning the design of a future-state HR operating model and service delivery strategy for a European-based global insurance services company and partnering with the CEO and CHRO of a fast-growing PE-backed transportation and logistics company to scale HR for continued growth.

He has a diverse set of industry experience, with a focus on financial services and private equity, and experience working with clients in Europe and Asia, including seven months on the ground in China.
- Prior to consulting, Tom worked in labor relations at Visteon Corporation and was a HR leader at General Electric.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Michigan State University and a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
