He has more than 25 years of experience in industry, management consulting and executive search and board advisory, and is a trusted advisor across sectors, focusing on international C-suite search and succession as well as board advisory work. He has a specific focus and experience advising active owners from family holding companies to private equity owners.

- During his tenure at an esteemed global search firm, Thomas was a core member of their European CFO practice and spent time as global practice leader in the global industrial sector.
- He was a partner and co-founder of a Copenhagen- and London-based boutique leadership advisory firm serving high-profile clients at ownership level, as well as working extensively with various private equity portfolios.
- He was also a partner and founder of a management consulting company and a management consultant at a Danish management consulting startup that later became part of Bain Nordic.
- Previously, Thomas held roles in general and financial management at Maersk, stationed in London, Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur.
Thomas holds a master’s degree in economics from Aarhus University with studies at Cranfield School of Management and the Universitá di Pavia.
