Sarah focuses on recruiting directors and executives to real estate owners, operators and developers; real estate investment managers (REIMs); real estate investment trusts (REITs); and real estate private equity funds.
A relationship-based, highly experienced approach to search
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Sarah was a senior managing director at another global executive search firm’s Chicago office, where she oversaw the Midwest region and led the retail real estate and financial officer practices.
- Before that, she worked as an assistant vice president and division director of the legal arm of another global search firm, where she specialized in recruiting highly skilled legal professionals for law firms and corporate legal departments.
- Sarah has many years of experience working with institutional and publicly owned entities, family-owned companies and private partnerships within the commercial real estate industry.
A licensed attorney in the State of Illinois, Sarah holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cooley Law School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Michigan State University.
