- Robin has nearly 30 years of experience advising CEOs, boards and executives across healthcare---payer, integrated care delivery systems, provider, retail, academic health sciences, pharmaceutical services, biotechnology, medical technology, digital health and venture capital.
- Prior to founding a healthcare advising and design firm, Robin served as chief innovation officer for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. In this role, she created a state-of-the-art, customer focused innovation lab solving longstanding business challenges.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Robin spent nearly 18 years at Kaiser Permanente, leading regional and national teams to develop, implement and manage strategic priorities to maximize growth opportunities, improve quality standards and care protocols based on evidence-based decision making.
- Robin is a board member of American Telehealth Association and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha.
Robin holds an M.B.A. and B.S. in business administration from the University of Colorado and successfully completed the executive leadership program from Harvard Business School.
