- Earlier in his career, he earned a solid foundation of recruiting experience leading the recruitment and sourcing operations for Cross Systems Switzerland (today Wide, part of Micropole Group).
Patrick earned a master’s degree in work and organizational psychology from the University de Neuchâtel in Switzerland. He speaks native French and fluent English as well as conversational German.
