Nick Falk is a consultant based in Spencer Stuart’s London office and a member of the firm’s Leadership Advisory Services. A clinical psychologist with more than 15 years in business consulting, he has extensive experience working with senior executives on leadership development, psychometric assessment and coaching.
Combined expertise in psychology and business strategy
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Nick was a business psychologist and managing consultant with an independent leadership consulting firm, where he assessed, coached and developed senior leaders of FTSE 100 companies across industries.
- Previously, Nick founded and led Bioveritas, a boutique consulting company providing acquisition, corporate strategy, management training and corporate culture assessment services. The firm also advised on technology commercialisation and partnering between India, China and Australia. Earlier in his career, Nick was a business development director for a small biotech company, medical research institute and market research consultancy.
- Nick has worked as a clinical psychologist in both public and private practice in Australia, providing therapy, diagnosis and assessments.
Nick holds a Doctor of Clinical Psychology from the University of Tasmania and an honours bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, specialising in experimental psychology, from Cambridge University. He is an accredited clinical psychologist with the British Psychological Society and an International Coach Federation-accredited executive coach.
