Based in New York, Lindsay Branin is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services, Private Equity, Board and CEO and CEO Succession practices. Within financial services, she brings core expertise along the continuum of consumer banking, consumer lending and consumer wealth management. She brings additional expertise in asset management. Lindsay focuses on the recruitment of CEOs, C-suite executives, board members and key functional leadership in risk management.

Over the course of her career, Lindsay has partnered with a range of clients on a global and national scale, including banks, non-bank lenders, mortgage companies, cards, payment companies, fintech companies, full-service and boutique wealth managers, single and multi-family offices, private banks and financial sponsors. She is familiar with an array of ownership structures, including public, private, founder-led and sponsor-backed.

In addition to C-suite and other senior general management roles, Lindsay has experience in recruiting board members as well as functional leaders across disciplines including distribution, product, marketing, digital, risk, credit, operations, servicing, research and investments.

Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Lindsay built a career at Bloomberg, most recently serving as an account manager responsible for strategic business development, client service and product development for the financial services industry.
Lindsay is a graduate of Brown University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in international relations with a focus in global security and Mandarin Chinese. She speaks conversational Mandarin and Spanish in addition to her native English.
