Kelly Connolly is based in Spencer Stuart's Boston office and is a member of the firm's Healthcare and Medical Technology practices. With extensive experience leading and working with device manufacturers, digital health organizations, healthcare providers, insurance agencies and government organizations, both in the U.S. and abroad, Kelly brings a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing healthcare leaders.

Before joining Spencer Stuart, Kelly was the founder and CEO of Honor Clinic, a healthcare organization collaborating with international providers, payers, and policy makers to reduce the cost of primary care.

Prior to founding Honor Clinic, Kelly lived and worked in Singapore as vice president, Asia Pacific, for ConvaTec, a $2 billion medical technology organization. She led sales, upstream marketing, downstream marketing, strategy and market development teams across Asia Pacific.

Kelly joined ConvaTec from Medtronic where she had rapid career progression in marketing and commercial leadership roles including director of emerging markets.
Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. She is a former chair of the University of Minnesota advisory board and remains an active member of the United Way and Singapore American Chamber of Commerce.
