Imogen Moon is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Real Estate and Financial Services practices, working with real estate investors and operators across Europe. She is experienced in conducting searches across front office functions and across the capital structure. Additionally, she helps new entrants access the European market, through both organic build and team lift out strategies. She is also passionate about enabling clients to access candidates from diverse backgrounds.

- Imogen has spent her career advising private equity groups, asset allocators, institutional investors and private equity backed operating businesses.
- In her most recent role as associate partner at a human capital advisory firm in London, Imogen led the search for critical appointments such as the head of European real estate debt and the head of European real estate private equity at PIMCO, the head of European real estate capital raising at ICG and the head of tactical markets for real estate at GIC.
- She also helped rebuild the European asset management team at Starwood Capital, along with multiple team hires across all front office functions within the real estate business at Blackstone.
Imogen read English at Oxford University. She is currently chair of the Oxford Real Estate Society and sits on the board of the Academy of Real Assets.
