George was a founding partner and the president of Cambria Consulting prior to its acquisition by Spencer Stuart. At Cambria, he led the executive assessment and organizational consulting practices for clients across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

Previously, George was a director of research for McBer and Company, where he developed the consulting firm’s methodology for identifying the capabilities and characteristics of high performers.
George is a graduate of Harvard College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in social psychology. He also earned a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology and statistics from Yale University.
