Dimitri Ghequire is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory team, with top team effectiveness as his primary area of focus. He brings years of experience working with C-suite level executives across EMEA on team effectiveness, leadership development and organizational transformation programs that are to accelerate value creation in a transformation context.
Expert in team effectiveness and business transformation
- Trained as a sociologist and a certified systemic team and board coach, Dimitri is an acknowledged expert with more than 15 years of experience in developing diverse and high-performing leadership teams. Over the past decade, he has designed, led and delivered several transformation programs requiring behavioral and mindset shifts to realize desired business value with organizations in the chemicals, pharmaceuticals, financial services, IT/technology and consumer goods industries.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Dimitri was a director at Deloitte Consulting and a member of the consulting management team for the financial services sector. He was responsible for developing the human capital practice, with a focus on building change management capabilities in a context of digital transformation.
- Previously, he was a partner at the management consulting firm Nexum and managing director of the company in Belgium, where he worked as a trusted adviser to leadership teams across Europe, the U.S. and India in the field of team effectiveness and leadership development programs.
Dimitri has obtained a Master of Arts in political and social sciences from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels (magna cum laude) and a Master of Arts in public management (magna cum laude) from the University of Ghent. He has a variety of certificates from MIT in driving strategic innovation and big data and social analytics and is trained in systemic team coaching under J.A. Malarewicz and the Henley Business School. He speaks fluent Dutch, English, French and has a good command of Spanish.
