David Elbaz is the global head of development solutions and a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services team, based in Los Angeles. He has deep expertise in change leadership and aligning people and teams with organizational culture and strategy. He works closely with top leaders on enhancing individual and team performance, shaping organizational culture, and driving transformational change. In addition to these roles, David is also a certified executive leadership and performance coach, dedicated to helping leaders unlock their potential and inspire their teams towards excellence. He assists clients in accelerating their performance, developing leadership capability, building and aligning effective teams, and cultivating high-potential leaders.

An expert in change leadership and strategy alignment

  • Before joining Spencer Stuart, David led global learning solutions in the U.S. and LATAM regions for Harvard Business Publishing’s corporate learning unit. While at Harvard, David also served on the organization’s sales leadership council and designed award-winning large-scale change and leadership interventions for his global 1000 clients.
  • David has designed and led multiple CEO advisory and large-scale transformation engagements for Fortune 100 clients across industries, focused on shifting organizational cultures.
  • Earlier in his career, David worked with a global leadership consulting firm in various operational and client service roles, developing and implementing strategies and tactics for product line growth and profitability.

David holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in business and marketing from California State University and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. David also served as an executive officer in the Israeli Defense Forces. He is fluent in English, French and Hebrew.
