Darryl Parrant has more than 20 years of experience as a business leader, facilitator, coach and consultant, leading HR and organizational change projects with globally recognized companies undergoing M&A or digital transformations. He enables leaders to thrive in new roles, develop future-fit capabilities, enhance their EQ, lead through significant change and cultivate a growth mindset. He is considered an expert on the new world of work and is a regular speaker and contributor on leadership topics. Darryl is a member of the firm’s Industrial, Healthcare, Financial Services and Education & Social Impact Practices, focusing on the areas of consumer and healthcare.

Darryl’s recent work has included advising a global leadership team on their vision for change and supporting them in delivering in a new global operating environment. He also has worked with senior leaders to develop a culture transformation plan that draws on leadership, infrastructure and talent-change levers.

He established and sold his own group of HR & talent strategy and leadership assessment and advisory solutions firms in Singapore before joining Willis Towers Watson as managing director and business leader for the talent and rewards business. He then moved to Hong Kong as managing director and business leader for Mercer, as well as APAC & EMEA practice leader for HR transformation services, before moving to Melbourne.

Originally from New Zealand, Darryl started his career in academia working as a senior lecturer at Canterbury University.
Darryl holds a Master of Management (Distinction) in business from Massey University as well as a Bachelor of Physical Education and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Otago. He is SCRUM Master certified, Saville Assessment certified and Leading Dimensions Profile (LDP) certified. Darryl is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
