Chuck Jordan leads the firm’s Atlanta and Miami offices and is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Healthcare Services and Education & Social Impact (ESI) practices. As a senior consultant in the Healthcare Services Practice, Chuck Jordan leads searches on behalf of the world’s most complex and successful health sciences institutions. Drawing from management consulting and executive search experience, he brings particular expertise in assessing and recruiting chief executives, physician leaders, and senior operational and financial leaders for academic medical centers, multi-hospital health systems, research institutes and healthcare-focused associations.
A longtime advisor to not-for-profit organizations, Chuck is also a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Education & Social Impact (ESI) Practice, where he recruits leaders for colleges and universities, independent schools, associations and foundations, particularly in the U.S. Southeast.

- Chuck’s broader experience encompasses work for a range of not-for-profits, including foundations, independent schools and veterans-related service organizations.
- Chuck served as Spencer Stuart’s first director of professional staff recruiting, managing firm-wide efforts to attract top consultants and research associates. He also acted as the firm’s interim director of professional development.
- Before joining Spencer Stuart, Chuck served clients for four years at McKinsey & Company as an engagement manager. Earlier in his career, Chuck worked in Accenture’s strategic services practice, based in San Francisco and served in the United States Marine Corps as an artillery officer.
Chuck holds a B.A. in political science and English from Tufts University and an M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
