With over a decade in management consulting, she has helped organizations across various industries navigate leadership change, better align their culture and create strong blended leadership teams through the process of acquisition.
Ashley treasures the “a-ha” moment when leaders realize the impact that culture has on their company’s ability to reach its potential. She believes that the people element of business performance is often undervalued and works to highlight the impact people and culture can have long term on business outcomes and performance.

Working with medium to large clients facing challenges such as significant leadership change, large acquisitions and public relations crises, she has successfully steered executive teams toward a leadership state with defined values, inclusive culture and shared responsibilities.

During large-scale acquisitions, she has supported senior leaders in change management through persona-based onboarding, aligning executives on the future-state culture of their newly formed business, and empowering blended leadership teams to intentionally create the best possible new organization.

Ashley came to Spencer Stuart from a well-known, highly regarded international advisory firm, where she spent nearly a decade consulting on and managing organizational transformation projects.
She holds a B.A. in English from Salisbury University as well as certifications in PROSCI Change Management and as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
