Ashley Evans Krauth is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Human Resources and Consumer practices and the Leadership Advisory Services team, based in the New York office. With a deep understanding of the HR function and the trends affecting HR leaders, Ashley advises clients on executive-level recruitment and succession planning for human resources leadership. She works with clients on HR succession projects, leadership assessments, long-term career development, onboarding planning, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI.)
Improving organizations from the inside out with deep understanding of HR
- Ashley has helped drive the execution of more than 400 searches for public and private companies for roles such as the chief human resource officer, divisional HR executives and functional specialists in talent management, learning, DE&I, acquisition and total rewards.
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ashley worked in the nonprofit sector, specifically at the Schepens Eye Research Institute at Harvard Medical School and The Nonprofit Quarterly, a management magazine for small to mid-sized nonprofits.
Ashley is a graduate of Davidson College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in history. She also earned a Master of Arts in religion, focused on counseling, from Westminster Theological Seminary.
