Alyse Forcellina is a consultant in the Healthcare Practice with a focus on helping CEOs, boards and executive teams build high-performing organizations. With deep expertise in the strategic, financial, operational and organizational issues facing global healthcare institutions, she advises clients on the capabilities and talent required for the near and longer-term future.

Alyse supports clients in executive and board search and other areas of leadership, including organizational design and board and top team performance. She has placed, assessed and coached some of the most senior executives in the healthcare industry across a variety of healthcare subsectors, including global biopharma, healthcare services and private equity–backed companies (including pharma services, provider services and digital health). Alyse is passionate about helping leaders build sustainable and responsible organizations and supporting leaders on their own transformation journeys.

Leadership advisory expertise in healthcare

  • Previously, Alyse led the North American leadership advisory and health practices for a global executive search firm where she focused on serving global healthcare clients' talent needs across the healthcare spectrum, with a particular focus on CEO, C-suite and board placements, along with team development, board development and executive coaching.
  • Prior to that role, Alyse worked at the New York office of McKinsey & Company serving global life sciences and healthcare services companies, with a focus on growth strategy.
  • Earlier in her 30-year career, Alyse spent several years at consultancies steeped in healthcare and biopharmaceutical clientele. She began her career on Capitol Hill as a Senate staffer, with a focus on healthcare policy.

Alyse has a Bachelor of Arts from Yale College. She also attended the University of Texas Austin, where she earned an M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business and a Master of Public Affairs (MPAff) from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs. She currently serves on the board of two nonprofits based in Park City, Utah: USA Ski Jumping and The People’s Health Clinic.
