Based in Melbourne, Alissa is a trusted adviser on organizational transformation, people strategy and execution, including all elements of HR and change management. She has more than 25 years of experience in organization and people effectiveness across a wide range of industries including financial services, IT, healthcare, hospitality and telecommunications. Alissa has worked in a variety of stakeholder environments, including with C-level and board-level leaders, and has consulted in the design and management of organization-wide transformation programs.

- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Alissa was executive director at a boutique firm specializing in HR on-demand and consulting. She was accountable for building the firm’s consulting business, including developing approaches to strategic people opportunities as well as building the consulting team.
- She has held senior roles in people and culture as well as strategy and transformation across corporate, nonprofit and founder-led businesses.
- She began her career as a consultant at A.T. Kearney, where she focused on business transformation and change.
Alissa has lived and worked in the United Kingdom and the United States. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia.
