Over the past five years, we have conducted more than 1,200 executive and board searches globally, the majority for CEOs, presidents, board chairs, executive directors and other C-suite roles. Ninety-five percent of our executive search placements in the past five years are still in their roles today.

In the past five years, nearly two-thirds of all our placements in the sector identified as women or members of historically underrepresented groups.
